Miami Wine Lovers, please join us Thursday, June 18th, for an evening exploring four distinctive wines from four renowned wine-producing regions around the world. We will begin with a vibrant, single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand's acclaimed Marlborough region, offering bright citrus, tropical fruit, and refreshing minerality. Next, we'll travel to Spain's prestigious Ribera del Duero for a youthful and expressive Tempranillo bursting with fresh red fruit character. From there, we'll enjoy a rich and concentrated Merlot from Italy's Friuli Colli Orientali before concluding with a beautifully structured Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon, layered with dark fruit, spice, and elegant oak influence.

The wines will be accompanied by delicious Spanish tapas, and all featured wines will be available for purchase at 15% off following the tasting.

Isabel Estate Wairau Valley Marlborough Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) - An alluring nose with notes of fresh passionfruit and citrus, complemented by hints of lemongrass and stone fruit. Concentrated and layered, with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid-palate and mineral finish.

Bodegas Frutos Villar Riberal Joven (Spain) - 100% Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero. Fresh, fruity, and balanced, with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and red berries. Smooth in texture with gentle tannins, making it an ideal expression of young Tempranillo.

Casali Maniago Friuli Colli Orientali Merlot (Italy) - Intense ruby color with aromas of morello cherry, violets, wild berries, and cherry preserves. Rich and concentrated on the palate, balanced by soft tannins and a long, satisfying finish.

Dolum Estates Cask 11 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon (USA) - Rich and expressive, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry accented by notes of cedar and baking spice. Full-bodied and well-structured, with smooth tannins and a long, balanced finish.

Tara's career has spanned healthcare, marketing, strategic communications, public relations, consulting, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. She has helped organizations grow, build strategic partnerships, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and navigate complex challenges across both the nonprofit and private sectors.

As Director of Development for SSJ Health Foundation, Tara leads fundraising and community engagement efforts that support the organization's mission. Through its support of St. John Bosco Clinic, the Foundation helps provide free healthcare services to uninsured and underserved individuals throughout Miami-Dade County.

Tara is a graduate of Tulane University (BA) and Boston University (MBA) and a native Floridian who grew up in Boca Raton and is now a resident of Coral Gables.

During the evening, Tara will discuss career growth, leadership, giving back, and the role that relationships, resilience, and purpose have played in her personal and professional journey.
