Rafael Palacios Louro 2015 - Almonds, pears and touches of tropical fruits on the nose with layers of acidity and complexity in the mouth. Rich notes of honey and more tropical fruits. Fantastic with creamy fish dishes.
El Escoces Volante Papa Luna - Deep purple with ruby red rim pronounced aromas of black fruits, cracked pepper, smoke and toast. Full bodied with well-balanced tannins. The palate displays dense black fruits, cherries with an along smoky toasty finish mineral and complex.
Domaine Chavy-Chouet “Les Femelottes” Bourgogne Blanc - Bright gold color. Nose of white flowers, honey. Mouthfeel is bright, fresh and vibrant, with flavors of white stone fruits, nectarine, and tangerine. The finish is long, vibrant and racy. Has an incredible depth of flavors with great balance and acid.
Chateau Mauvesin Barton Moulis-en-Médoc - Sustained purple color. Nose of red fruits, cherry, currant which harmoniously blends with toasted notes. Ample and well balanced wine on the palate with soft tannins and integrated oak.
